Swiss psychologist Carl G. Jung (1875-1961) developed the "Psychological Type" theory regarding our personalities.  Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers (her daughter) studied his theory and developed the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  At BP2, we utilize the MBTI in our seminars, workshops, and coaching.
